Did the service meet your expectations?
It did, we had a bit of delay which was on the Council side of things but your company came back and completed the work when the new plans arrived. The builders were really professional, really nice – I don’t have a bad word to say about them. I dealt with the first part of the project and my wife the second part – she also felt really comfortable with them.
How has it impacted your daily life?
Yes, definitely. It already has, our little girl is now able to access the garden. Our previous ramp was wooden and kept falling apart but the new ramp is low maintenance, very solid and will future proof our daughter’s needs.
