Did the service meet your expectations?
Yeah, very good. I didn’t see the builders much as I left them to it but they left everything clean and tidy. I am pleased with the finish.
How has it impacted your daily life?
My original bathroom was so small and difficult to move around in when my condition is playing up. The shower is much more convenient for me and I finally have a nice big bath which I can get in and out of more easily.
If you were to recommend us, what would you say?
The work was good, it took a little longer to turn around than originally planned but it didn’t help that the queen died in the middle of it which caused delays.
