Due to my ill-health, I had an Occupational Therapist assessment visit me from You at Home. They advised that I needed to have a wet room installed as I was struggling to get in and out of the bath. I rent my property from Stonewater, who manage the repairs and maintenance. They had recently sent GB in to do some general repairs. I really liked the builders and was impressed with how clean and tidy they were so I asked Stonewater if I could have the same company back to complete the wet room.
Did the service meet your expectations?
It’s been brilliant, I was very happy with Mark, the builder. He was very polite and kept the place
clean and tidy. I even bought him fish and chips when he had finished as I was so pleased with it!
How has it impacted your daily life?
After my back operation I couldn’t get in and out of the bath, it’s a lot better now.
What are your thoughts on the aftercare and service throughout the process?
Absolutely brilliant throughout.
