Why did you choose GB Home Adaptations to complete the work?
It was all done through the Hereford Council, I am not too sure on the fine detail.
Did the service meet your expectations?
Yes it did, we’re really pleased with the final outcome. The first builder we were assigned was unable to complete the work but the office was efficient in sorting this out and Adam, our main builder, was brilliant! He was clean and tidy and communicated well with me. The office staff were also great, they were all very efficient and helpful at getting back to me and sorting out any issues I had.
How has it impacted your daily life?
It is already making a huge difference. It’s absolutely beautiful and I am really pleased with the final finish.
